Juniors above the age of 6 years will only be permitted to drive the ATV vehicles on the smaller track. A driving license is required to self-drive the vehicle on the Trail.
First time users should utilize the services of the driver/instructor provided by the Park
Customers will drive the ATV vehicles and other facilities in the Park at their own risk. Parental supervision should ensure safe usage of the facilities by children.
All customers are required to sign a disclaimer agreement before they drive the vehicle.
Customers must wear the protective gear provided for every activity. Customers who refuse to wear the safety gear will not be allowed into the activity area or to use the vehicles.
Do not carry phones or cameras in a way that may distract you or others during the activity. ATV’s should not be stopped on the tracks for taking photographs.
Customers should avoid rash and high speed driving to prevent accidents, and also to ensure the safety of other people. Please adhere strictly to the instructions given to you by your personal guide/instructor/driver.
In case the customer causes damage to the vehicles and other facilities, the cost of repair will have to be paid by the customer.
Leave personal items in your own vehicle as we do not provide locker facility.
Customers are required to wait for their turn in the waiting area provided.
Customers are strictly prohibited from walking on the tracks.
Eatables can only be consumed in the restaurant, and outside food is not permitted.
Smoking and Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the RockHill premises, and people under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed in the activity areas or to drive the vehicles.
Tickets once purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
Right of admission to the park is strictly at the discretion of the Management. Management reserves the right to remove anyone from the Park for breach of the Park rules.
